Pruitt Tool & Supply, Co. is currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Coordinator at our corporate offices in Fort Smith, AR.We are an API Q1 Quality Management Certified company and we manufacture/refurbish specialized drilling equipment used in the oil and gas industry. We are seeking candidates who will work as part of the Human Resources Team and be heavily engaged in areas such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, maintaining HR records, etc. This is a dynamic position so incumbent must be able to transition seamlessly from one task to the next. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Human Resources capacity and 3 years experience working in an administrative and/or customer service setting.Incumbent must be able to work individually as well as collaboratively and must maintain integrity and confidentiality at all times. The candidate selected for this job will be a self-starter with the ability to solve problems and handle a wide variety of tasks. Incumbent will serve as a point of contact for employees and will be the subject matter expert on the HR System.
