Flaherty Sensabaugh Bonasso PLLC is seeking a full time Receptionist within the Charleston, West Virginia office. Candidate will assist attorney(s) and staff in the performance of secretarial and clerical duties, including operating a multi-line telephone system. Candidate is required to handle confidential client and firm data in an ethical manner. Duties include answering incoming telephone calls, welcoming on-site visitors and guests, filing, assisting with maintaining client files, and other similar legal support functions. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), ProLaw or a similar case management system and previous experience working with a Document Management System is preferred.
