Purpose: IT Infrastructure Manager (Full-time) To lead the Infrastructure function of the Foundation's IT department. We will look to you to: Manage the Infrastructure team, including organizing emergency support procedures, ensure coverage of critical Infrastructure tasks among team members. Design, conduct, and analyze tests of cybersecurity controls to look for control gaps and track strength of Foundation's security posture over time. Makes recommendations on purchasing/leasing of servers, networking equipment, storage, and related peripherals/accessories. Works with IT Infrastructure team to evaluate network, security, or Windows administration changes or new initiatives to advise on impact to end users and form a change communication strategy. Communicate details on Infrastructure-related outages and upgrades to IT Operations Manager, including updates for on-going issues. Skills & Abilities Good customer service attitude and understands importance of regular communication of on-going problems to internal customers and other team members. Strong technical background in networking, server administration, security concepts, and virtualization. Experience leading a technical team, including managing projects and balancing workload of long-term and short-term tasks. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, management information systems, or related field. Three or more years of management responsibilities for IT. The ability to lift heavy and bulky objections such as computers and monitors and transport equipment and tools on uneven terrain, steep staircases, and small and cramped spaces. This position requires on-call significant support and incident response duties during evenings, weekends, and holiday, as well as during key events such as July 4th, large festivals, and two annual board meetings.
