Compensation is hourly base rate plus a share of the tip pool with very competitive wages. We are looking for an experienced server with weekend availability, a good personality, and work ethic! Position Summary: The primary focus for servers is on the customers directly, explaining the menu, orienting customers to our food, getting to know them, selling/presenting drinks, up-selling, being aware of the overall flow of the FOH (regardless of your section), being available to run the bill the minute it's needed, ensuring the customers have a wonderful experience and are thoroughly mind-blasted!
