Join our team of dedicated, skilled, forward-thinking employees and start improving the world today! Full and Part time: Rates start at $16.00/hour at our homes in Hampden County. Rates at one of our Holyoke homes start at $18.00/hour. Rates at our Monson home start at $18.50/hour. Per diem: Rates start at $15.00 per hour at our homes in Hampden counties. Rates start at $ 17.50 per hour at our Monson home. Don't forget to ask about our competitive hiring and retention bonus where you can earn up to $2500.00 (in select locations) in your first year with Pathlight. We also offer an outstanding benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, Verizon discount and AAA membership to name a few. No experience required - We offer paid on the job training.
