Insert Operator SFX is looking for high energy, positive people to join our awesome team as Insert Operator 5AM-330PM Monday-Thursday. You will work in a safe and organized printing, inserting, and metering production environment producing high-quality finished products.SFX has received Maine's Best Places to work for the past 11 years. We have also been S.H.A.R.P. certified for 7 years. Safety is a priority at SFX, and we also have an unquenchable thirst for innovative ways to service our customers. Best of all...we have fun together! Our Insert Operators will: Operate mail inserter machines Verify order information on audit sheets Set up mail inserter in accordance with specifications Meet production and quality standards, schedules, and deadlines Troubleshoot mechanical issues Perform moderately complex product change-over activities Complete maintenance logs and report inserter downtime as required Maintain cleanliness Additional tasks could include handwork and reprints The successful candidate will be: Experienced in mail inserting equipment (preferred) Confident with computers and technology Mechanically inclined Highly organized, with strong attention to detail Reliable and have regular consistent attendance Able to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines Knowledge in basic math, fractions, and percentages Safety conscious with ability to perform job function in a safe manner Self-directed, continually looking for ways to improve work, eager to learn and grow A team player, with a cooperative spirit Physical Requirements Include: Frequently lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to stand 10-12 hours Bend, push and pull carts Total Rewards (not all benefits listed) Medical, dental and vision insurance Paid holidays + paid time off 401k match STD, LTD + life insurance Onsite fitness facility Receive training, coaching and advancement opportunities Be part of a world-class team with an adventurous spirit
