We are looking for an A dministrative Assistant for the Marketing team to provide high-level administrative support on a full-time basis, from our Waltham, MA office. Essential Functions · Create, edit and update marketing materials and PowerPoint presentations · Update records and run reports in SalesForce · Email clients with company updates · Coordinate travel plans for staff attending conferences · Handle conference logistics for events with an exhibit booth · Provide technical assistance for live webinars · Manage and order business cards for business development team · Access and organize Google Analytics data · Work on a wide range of projects and the handling of special assignments as needed · Perform additional office tasks as needed · Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple colleagues following assigned work priorities and established processes and operating practices · The ideal candidate will be able to accommodate a flexible schedule which requires working during times that accommodate various global time zones. Required Education, Knowledge and Experience Minimum 5-7 years' experience in an administrative role MS PowerPoint experience required
