Baillie Lumber's Potter location in Allegany, NY location is hiring for an Office Administrator. This is a full time opportunity working for a world class manufacturing company. Office Administrator Responsibilities: Answering phones & greeting visitors Scheduling Trucks Data entry and tracking of processes performed Addressing all paperwork that flows through Working with our safety department with necessary paperwork Ordering and recording gas needs for the plant Any other tasks the manager may assign Office Administrator Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required 2+ years in an office environment Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook Experience using SAP is preferred but not required Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required Ability to work in an inside AND outside environment Strong written and oral communication skills Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Office Administrator Pay & Benefits: Pay based on experience 401(k) Medical and Dental insurance Monday – Friday schedule ***Please refer to the "Full Job Description" button below to review our physical demands form prior to applying to this position.*** Federal and NY State Labor Laws https://www.baillie.com/images/NewYorkFederalComboEnglish.pdf
