Kimberton Whole Foods in Ottsville is looking for a Part-Time Perishable Foods Team Member to join their team! Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally. Availability: The schedule availability for this position are the following shifts: Mondays either 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, or 3:00pm-8:30pm Thursdays either 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, or 3:00pm-8:30pm Fridays either 10am-6:30pm, 12pm-8:30pm, or 3:00pm-8:30pm Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older. Location: Ottsville Kimberton Whole Foods Address: 4010 Durham Rd, Ottsville, PA 18942 Pay Range: $14.00-15.00 Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. Daily Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to all. Receiving and stocking all incoming refrigerated and frozen items including fresh meat and fish, local eggs and dairy, bakery and specialty products. Stocks and handles product following guidelines for time and temperature demands. Rotating back stock on a first-in first-out basis. Working in collaboration with the Perishable Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. Follows the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department. Understands KWF inventory management practices. Assist in other areas of the store as needed. Key Attributes: Good oral and written communication skills. Motivated to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced work environment. Able to be on your feet for 8 hours and lift 40-50lbs repeatedly. Climate ability to work in cold environments (cooler, freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
