8am-4pm, Monday-Friday The Junior Accountant is primarily responsible for providing support to the Accountants in the Finance Department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Junior Accountant: Docuware Subject Matter Expert Enters cash deposits into Accounting Software Log daily Foundation cash receipts Reconcile patient cash deposits with Billing Department Assists in year-end audit and budget preparation, regulatory reporting requirements and cost reporting. Prepare financial statements Reconcile 941 wages to General Ledger Assist with Accounting Software conversion Qualifications: Education / Certification Associates degree in accounting or finance required.
