Red Pepper Software is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that has excellent organizational and communication skills, can build strong, lasting relationships with clients, and is a creative and analytical problem-solver. At Red Pepper Software we are passionate about building what matters. We develop custom software on many platforms for clients from a variety of industries, but it is all web and mobile-based development. We also partner with technology companies by providing implementation and integration services to their clients. Responsibilities: Serve as main point of contact for clients during implementation and manage the project to completion Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and client's needs Solve complex technical implementations independently and in a team environment Conduct weekly online meetings with clients Provide SAAS platform training Clearly communicate solutions back to clients via phone, and email Create project plans and budget updates Understanding the nature of each client's business Certification on various platforms Stay up to date on platform changes and best practices Preferred Experience & Skills : Experience driving SAAS implementations Experience configuring software Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self-motivated, dependable, and able to meet deadlines with a high level of autonomy and accountability Experience with conducting online meetings Excellent follow-up skills Detailed oriented Ability to manage multiple clients and projects Comfortable learning new technologies Proficient on Windows/Apple computers Manipulation of data within spreadsheets Benefits: Competitive pay (DOE) Excellent Health, dental, vision benefits Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 27 paid days off-12 PTO + 5 Sick/Personal days + 10 Holidays Monthly Company Health Challenge bonus Professional Development Weekly lunch and learn Job Posted by ApplicantPro
