Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is looking for licensed Physical Therapists interested in management to join our growing company in Imperial County, CA as a Clinic Director! Physical Therapists who have been practicing for at least 2 years, and have some management experience are encouraged to apply! We are seeking motivated, team-oriented clinicians to provide exceptional patient-centric experiences in our outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate would utilize evidence-based orthopedic practice, exhibit a passion for individualized care and possess strong interpersonal skills. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and clinic directors can earn quarterly bonuses when achieving KPI and profitability goals for their clinic. Comprehensive Benefits Include: Starting salary at $95,000 up to $106,000 plus quarterly incentive - commensurate with experience. Highly competitive and negotiable. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee clinic and staff. Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines Requirements/Qualifications: California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist 2 years of clinical outpatient physical therapy experience Preferred management experience Strong clinical decision-making skills Works as a collaborative team member with other staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care Interested applicants should send their resume and cover letter to our Talent Acquisition Team at XXXX@spineandsport.com .
