Mindak Commercial Construction is looking to add some framers to our crews! Whether you have 2 months of experience or 5 years of experience, Mindak has a spot for you! When you join Mindak, you have a name....not a number. We love seeing our employees grow with us as a company! We offer endless opportunities for advancement, lots of certification courses, weekly paychecks, and a great work-life balance. -Monday-Friday 7:00 am-4:30 pm. Weekends optional! -40-55 hours weekly. Overtime pay -Paid weekly -$18-$35/hr DOE -All tools and training provided -Year round work -Advancement opportunities Job duties include- -Rough framing of commercial buildings. -Read and understand blueprints. -Use of nail guns, saws, and other power tools. -Install temporary supports when needed. -Ensure all materials are properly in place. -Maintain a clean and orderly job site. -Must follow all safety precautions and policies. -Willingness to assist where needed. -Requirements- Valid U.S. license High school diploma or equivalent Some carpentry experience preferred For more information or questions feel free to call or text Gjebrina @ (612) 258-XXXX
