SCHEDULE FOR A DENTISTRY FRONT DESK AGENT This clerical and customer service position works either opening or closing shifts . These are our office hours: Monday and Wednesday, 7:45 AM - 8:30 PM Tuesday and Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday, 7:45 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday, 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM WHAT DOES A DENTISTRY FRONT DESK AGENT DO? In this clerical position, you're the friendly face and upbeat voice that welcomes patients to our dental practice. Your main responsibility is making sure patients have an easy time setting up appointments and getting top-notch dental care. You make all sorts of calls, from patient inquiries to outbound follow-ups. You're the go-to person for scheduling appointments, coordinating with our dentist's availability and calendar, and updating patient info to keep everything on track. You're an essential part of our team and take pride in helping us provide the best possible service to our patients. REQUIREMENTS FOR A DENTISTRY FRONT DESK AGENT Are you an exceptionally strong communicator? Can you manage your time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks without letting one fall behind? Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Can you maintain a pleasant and positive attitude throughout the workday? Are you customer service-oriented? If so, you might be perfect for this position.
