SUMMER REC SWIM MEET MANAGER CLOSING DATE: Open until filled PAY RATE: $13.45 - $18.83 (depending on qualifications) SCHEDULE: Part Time - Temporary: May 1st - August 5th DEPARTMENT: Recreation JOB SUMMARY Ensure that the facility and operations are ready for Summer Rec Swim Meets. Ensure equipment is properly taken down after meets. Attendance to Swim meets on Saturday mornings is required . Ensure sufficient supplies. Assist in setting up Meet. Train volunteers with responsibilities. Ensure Meet is run smoothly. Assist Swimmers is placed in correct heat. Clean up after Meet is finished. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Good communicator with adults and youth. Attention to details. High level of organization. Works well in a fast-paced environment.
