RECRUITER As a Corporate Recruiter for SKC Enterprises, you will oversee finding top talent for our operational roles throughout the organization. We are looking for a high energy, top-producing recruiter, with excellent communication skills. You'll own the entire search process while directly managing the needs of your hiring managers. What's in it for you: $40,000 - $55,000 base salary + bonus opportunities. Advancement opportunities with structured career paths and mentoring sessions. What you'll be doing: Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, hiring managers, team members, and business partners to fill positions with the best talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Communicate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assist in maintaining advertising on job boards and social media sites. Oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. When needed schedule interviews, document conversations, interview progress, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System (Applicant Pro). Conduct phone-screens and assist with the entire recruiting and interview process from sourcing to offer. Collaborate with the Hiring Coordinator, Hiring Manager and/or other staffing during the offer process. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Plan and participates in job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting sessions. Take the lead on a variety of ad hoc recruiting projects and initiatives. What you need: Minimum 2-years of successful hands-on recruiting in a fast paced corporate or staffing agency environment. Comfortable working on a metrics driven team. Strong customer focus with the ability to quickly and effectively establish relationships with hiring managers. Willingness and ability to deal with, and adapt to change within a dynamic department and company. Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and team members. Results oriented work ethic with a competitive drive. Ability to create and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), or other related software.
