Elm Crest Senior Living Community , an American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for compassionate and social people to join our Dining Experience team! As a Server / Kitchen Assistant / Dietary Aide at Elm Crest, you will work with other team members to help create a high-quality dining experience for residents and visitors by assisting with meal preparation, dining room service and more. We are currently hiring for: Evening Shift (Part-Time): 4pm-8:30pm, flexible scheduling, ideal for students or those with day-time commitments! Day Shift (Full-Time): 6am-2:30pm, every other weekend rotation What you will need: No experience necessary! We provide all training Customer service focus Every other weekend rotation required Ability to collaborate with team members Enjoys working with residents Who we are: We Care!
