If you are interested in the Vendor Chargeback Processor position you will: Key Areas of Responsibility Assisting vendors with weekly warranty claim parts that have been returned from customers & dealerships Assisting Service with warranty parts to chargeback to the vendors Assisting dealerships with their questions with chargeback questions Charging back dealerships when parts test good There will be times when VCB will assist claims with processing claims Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous VCB experience if possible RV Industry knowledge or background Strong computer/typing skills Proficient in Word & Excel Strong written & verbal communication skills Physical Demands Lifting at times Occasional time on shop floor Packing parts at times to return to the vendor for testing Successful candidate must be organized, positive and friendly with a follow through mindset.
