Hunter Filling Systems is seeking a Sales Account Representative. The Sales Account Representative's role is to work closely with the Hunter Filling Systems (HFS) Sales & Marketing Manager and the HFS Management Team to assist with developing our USA market and converting leads into firm sales orders both individually and through the All Fill sales network. As a key member of the team, the Sales Account Representative will be responsible for managing aspects of the day-to-day USA Sales operations of the organization, giving input on Marketing initiatives and support to the HFS Sales & Marketing Manager. The key purpose of the Sales Account Representative role is to support Hunter Filling Systems Sales & Marketing through the next evolution of change, growth and development. The Sales Account Representative will ensure that the sales pipeline is well managed to increase the quality of our customer relationships. Principal Responsibilities: Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Provides information on product, service, equipment, technical and engineering aspects by answering questions and requests. Establishes new accounts and services existing accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule. Prepares cost estimates based on customer documents, consulting with engineers, and other professional personnel. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating HFS solutions that provide cost reductions and operations improvements. Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes. Complies with all legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation and anticipating future legislation. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Competencies: Health & Safety Customer focused Literacy & numeracy Microsoft Office suite of tools Self managing in semi remote location (i.e. remote from core business) Problem solving Product knowledge Selling to customer needs Product development Presentation skills Technical understanding Verbal communication Requirements analysis Innovation Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred >2 Years of industry sales experience Clean, current full Driver's License Valid passport Travel: Some domestic and international travel may be required.
