We are seeking those who bring a Bachelor's Degree in related field along with 3-5+ Years' experience in asset intensive manufacturing environment, working with heavy industrial equipment. Knowledge of maintenance, predictive maintenance techniques, and maintenance management systems in a lean manufacturing environment is a plus. Strong computer and organizational skills, Microsoft Office suite & AutoCAD. This role will provide project management leadership in areas such as design, construction supervision and installation of major and minor equipment modifications for projects of varying size. You will be responsible for investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Conduct Root Cause Failure analysis along with generating appropriate Preventive and Predictive Work Orders.
