Job Summary: The Permit Inspection Specialist works with employees and government agencies to get the permit neccessary. The right candidate will have experience in the following areas: Responsibilities: Permit Specialist must possess knowledge of building permits, laws, and regulations Must have knowledge of building codes Must have an understanding of designs and architectural drawings Requirements: Must have a valid, current and clean driver's license Must be able to pass all pre-employment to include MVR, background and drug screening Must be able to work between 7AM-4PM Must have 3-5 years of experience with inspections Michael and Son Services, Inc. is the premier, provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services.
