Maintenance Controller *FAA Inspection Authorization is desired* Grant Aviation's goal is to make travel safe, easy, and comfortable. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and travel. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Controller to become part of the team to ensure our fleet is safe. The schedule is flexible for this position, permanent schedule is determined by the needs of the permanent work base and employee preference. Remote work schedules are possible and can be considered for fully trained and authorized controllers. This position requires Are you interested in: Reviewing completed work packages or a la carte maintenance activities and approve for Return to Service completion. Ensuring maintenance programs are followed when inspection and repair of an aircraft is performed. Assisting in the direction, planning, and the layout of details of inspection standards, methods, and procedures. Scheduling: Coordinates with the Fleet Forecaster concerning the availability of company aircraft for daily maintenance operations. Establishing and maintaining close working relationships with Grant Aviation Leads and Mechanics responsible for maintaining Grant Aviation's fleet of aircraft. Preferably you have: A current A&P certificate with airplane AND powerplant ratings. FAA Mechanic Certificate. Authorized to perform CASS audits. Experience performing Maintenance Control Duties. Knowledge of Grant GOM, OpSpecs, GMM, and AAIP. Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. HAZMA recognition. 3 years FAR Part 135 maintenance (required). Valid drivers license and be able to acquire SIDA badge. Veterans encouraged to apply. Your perks : 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision. PTO Accrual after 60-days of employment at 80 hours per year rate, will increase over time. Reduced Rate Non-Rev travel on Grant after 60-days of employment for employees and immediate family members.
