Position Summary: To promote patients health through compassionate patient care and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members. To support the Nursing Department of the client-facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing SNF's, as well as the policies & procedures under the direction of the departmental heads to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. CNA Job Duties: Assist residents with activities of daily living and activities Document care provided Take vital signs, record, and help with care plan nurses set out.
