Newly created full time position available for a Clinic Nursing Supervisor for our Hirsch Clinic location in Viroqua, WI. The Clinic Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with staffing and coordination of nursing activities for Hirsch Clinic. Duties also include supporting the Clinic Nursing Manager, assisting with clinic staff education and onboarding of new staff. Qualified Clinic Nursing Supervisor candidate must have a WI RN license and a minimum of three years relevant experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinic setting. BSN along with supervisory experience, working knowledge of budgeting, medical office procedures, clinic operations and workflows using EPIC, effective decision-making skills and proficient computer skills strongly preferred.
