Plus, we offer great wages and excellent benefits . YOUR MISSION AS OUR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SERVICE WRITER This position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM . As an entry-level Automotive Repair Service Writer, you ensure every customer has a positive and smooth experience with us. You cheerfully greet customers when they call or visit our shop and discuss their vehicle needs. After collecting all relevant information, you write up a detailed work order and schedule a service appointment for when technicians and parts are available. When appropriate, you identify additional work to try and sell to the customer. You enjoy working in this fast-paced and rewarding position that allows you to develop your customer service skills and gain valuable experience! WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Basic computer proficiency Strong telephone communication skills While not required, experience using Mitchell repair and writing software would be a plus!
