WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR HOME SERVICES TECHNICIAN DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP Experience working for a home services-based company Excellent communication skills Ask yourself: Are you highly driven to succeed? WHAT TO EXPECT AS A HOME SERVICES TECHNICIAN DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP This position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM . Some Saturday work may be needed during our busier season from September to December. In this dispatching position, you keep our business running smoothly! Each day, you efficiently dispatch our technicians to various job sites. Always service-oriented, you promptly answer incoming calls and emails from clients, ensuring they feel heard and taken care of. You also schedule appointments, update our dispatch system, and ensure our technicians have all the information they need to competently complete their jobs.
