DAY-TO-DAY OF A SERVICE DISPATCHER - SCHEDULER In this dispatching position, you are an essential member of our team! Each shift, you dispatch our technicians to various job sites throughout the day. Friendly and helpful, you promptly answer customer calls and emails, ensuring all their questions are answered and their issues are resolved. You also schedule appointments, update our dispatch system, and ensure our technicians have all the information they need to complete their jobs. We can always count on you to get our technicians where they need to be on time! You love helping our business continue to run smoothly ! ABOUT THE CHIMNEY GUYS The Chimney Guys is a family-owned company that prides itself on completely cleaning our client's chimneys and fireplaces. On top of our cleaning services, we also do chimney repairs and masonry work on fireplaces and chimneys.
