Join Community Services Group (CSG) , a Certified B Corporation, as a Bilingual Therapist (Mental Health Professional - LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) for our Outpatient Treatment Services in Lancaster, PA and find meaning in your work every day. This position is offering a hybrid schedule providing both in-person and telehealth services. Hiring immediately for this position. CSG is offering a $2,000.00 Sign-On-Bonus for this position. The $1,000.00 will be paid after the successful completion of the 6-month initial evaluation period. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to individuals and their families in an outpatient setting. In this clinical role, you will have the opportunity to: Provide individual, family and/or group counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, and families. Participate actively in all relevant team, supervision, and general staff meetings to enhance the services of Community Services Group. This position offers: Starting salary (Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience): Unlicensed - $43,000/yr. LSW - $48,000/yr. LPC & LMFT - $50,000/yr. LCSW - $53,000/yr. Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday to Friday office hours with 2 evenings per week. A great opportunity to grow your career at one of the largest human services providers in PA. Qualifications: Ability to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English. Master's or doctorate degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field. Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or license eligible applicants accepted. License preferred but not required. Experience as a therapist in outpatient psychiatric clinic preferred. Ability to work flexible hours. Have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, and meetings. Ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.
