We are THE destination for talent and careers. Come be a part of a growing organization and a winning team! Sales Manager Sales Managers serve as the face of Brady to customers and partners. They are responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding budget and growth plans for sales & profit at their branch, and develop and implement plans to effectively penetrate the following market segments in an effort to better diversify their customer base Requirements: High school diploma, college degree in sales/marketing or business preferred 5 years of related sales or related experience, or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. A valid driver's license, auto insurance and at least one year of driving experience. Must be able to handle a high volume of driving. 21 years of age. Clean driving record (must provide a current MVR). Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, and drug testing. Responsibilities: Manage and develop a rapport with current sales team, and breaking down barriers to sales success Set sales and gross margin goals with each salesperson Identify and close key opportunities that will expand sales within the Branch. Plan, organize and administer monthly sales meetings, providing sales training and opportunities for manufacturers to expand and develop sales programs. Be able to collect, track, and report information to corporate and branch when needed. Responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of employees. Including supervising, hiring, disciplining, firing, and training of sales representative.
