The Arc Ontario Spot On Operations Manager Salary: $27.23 - $29.00 Position Overview Do you have great attention to detail and are customer-focused? Are you organized and think strategically? Find yourself answering yes? Managing our Spot On Business may be the perfect fit. You would ensure business sustainability and growth by managing the day-to-day operations of Spot On Custodial and other initiatives as identified. You would align social enterprise activity with the goals of the agency and strategic initiatives. You would ensure business is on track to meet financial goals and p rovide quality assurance and customer service function for all functions. Work Location: Canandaigua Schedule: 9-5 with flexibility to meet business needs including some evening hours. Responsibilities Organizes and coordinates business operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity Assist with the marketing (social media/printed materials)for Spot On to generate business and educate the public on our social mission. In conjunction with other departments, ensures that Spot On has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.) As a full time team member at The Arc Ontario, you will receive... Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
