The Arc Ontario Bottling Operations Manager Salary: $22.50 - $23.97 Position Overview Do you have excellent attention to detail? Do you like to grow your staff? Does growing a business excite you? As the Bottling Operations Manager, you would Ensure business sustainability and growth by managing the day-to-day operations of FLX Premier Bottling and other initiatives as identified. Aligns social enterprise activity with the goals of the agency and strategic initiatives. Ensures business is on track to meet financial goals. Provides quality assurance and customer service functions for all contracts. Ensures contracts are completed in a timely fashion, with emphasis on quality control and safety for staff who may or may not participate in The Arc Ontario's Employment Services. In conjunction with the COO, Enterprise Operations develops a marketing plan and manages the marketing and development of FLX Premier Bottling. Responsibilities Responsible for the oversight and implementation of the Bottling Operations. Provides direction and hands-supervision to Production staff to insure job deadlines, testing, specifications and quality control levels are achieved. Models appropriate work skills, behavior and social interactions for staff. Sets up job or modifies layout for greater efficiencies and to ensure safety. Organizes and coordinates business operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity As a full time team member at The Arc Ontario, you will receive... Supervisory or manufacturing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completes Visions (orientation sessions) within 3 months of hire. Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification within the first six months of employment. Must maintain valid CPR and First Aid Certifications throughout the duration of employment.
