We have a great, newly-created opportunity for a sharp Finance Manager to provide financial support for Systems' strategic initiatives to achieve its goals and objectives. This individual will build strong partnerships, provide financial decision support and build and maintain financial reporting and analyses processes to help us evolve our data capabilities. Job Responsibilities Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Sales and Marketing and other departments, provide financial decision support, conduct regular financial performance and forecast reviews Build and maintain financial reporting and analyses processes to help us evolve our data capabilities. Identify and update gaps in processes on a day-to-day basis; prepare and communicate periodic analysis around business performance and budgets/forecasts Drive the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes; help ensure budgets and forecasts are aligned with strategic direction; ensure compliance with planning calendar timelines Work with managers on their budgets/forecasts by providing analysis around price, mix, promotions, returns, warranty; facilitate planning/forecasting of strategic initiatives Help drive new product development projects by creating and maintaining financial business cases, reviewing underlying business assumption, tracking project costs, documenting and highlighting project risks and opportunities Develop queries and analysis tools that support business analytics; create and maintain business process documentation and drive continuous improvement; act as a first line of support for front end users in the department and be the "go to" resource for questions and issues Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Prefer: Masters in Business Administration 5-9 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably within a manufacturing business unit Experience working directly with various unit leaders, and cross-functional teams Knowledge of Infor Syteline or other manufacturing ERP, data warehouse queries, and planning tools; strong knowledge of analytical concepts Strong verbal and written communications, excellent interpersonal and team skills. Must have analytical, organizational, and documentation skills and strong problem solving and business analysis skills. Ability to manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work within cross functional teams a must; communicate ideas effectively Interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport within all levels, support/lead initiatives across the organization Experience with Infor Syteline, SAP, BI or BPC Familiar and fluent in multiple technologies and platforms; Highly developed productivity application skills-- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required, ERP, CRM, etc. Flexibility to work with multiple locations and for some travel (up to 15%), as well as work outside of normal business hours as needed Open to in-office/remote hybrid workplace (3 days/week min in office) Excellent Family Sustaining Benefits include: Paid Parental Leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, generous 401(k) Match, Paid Holidays and 3 Weeks PTO Accrual upon hire.
