Position Summary: Senior Service Technician able to troubleshoot, repair, and coach others. Need to be very comfortable with ductless heat pumps, residential heat pumps, and package units. Chillers and commercial controls are a plus. Ability to train both in the classroom and on the job site. Work Hours: Mostly 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, with a rotating (5 or 6 weeks) on-call schedule (for weekend/after-hours service calls). Some evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required. Pay : $22.00 - $40.00 + Up to $3000 signing bonus Benefits: Medical Dental Vision 1 Hour of PTO per 40 Hours Worked 6 Paid Holidays IRA + Company Match Required Qualifications: HVAC certified status within Washington state, with a 06A license (minimum). Universal refrigeration handling certificate Valid WA driver's license and insurable driving record Hard worker Highly Safety conscious Operate ladders, scissor lifts and Genie lifts safely. Excellent customer service skills. Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience making repair and replacement decisions. Acquire related NATE certifications within one year of employment. Operate ladders or other man-lifts safely. Knowledge of duct design as it relates to the proper operation of equipment. Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques. Possess tools needed (many company tools provid ed) experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
