A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STAFF NURSE - LPN As a Staff Nurse - LPN, you keep our senior living residents well cared for! You provide nursing care to residents, perform health assessments, complete resident service plans, and develop drug management programs. A natural leader, you train and monitor the healthcare team in medication management and develop staff training. You work hard to develop, implement, and monitor our employee health program as well.Some of your other tasks include regularly communicating with residents and their families. You're happy to participate in resident service planning meetings, quality assurance meetings, and others as requested. With an eye for detail, you take the time to document our residents' conditions and note changes when they occur. Our assisted living residents are well cared for with you on the job, and it warms your heart to know you're making a difference! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Graduation certificate from an accredited nursing program 1+ years of management experience in assisted living or long-term care Current LPN license with the state of Arizona CPR/ First Aid certifications Knowledge of quality nursing practice Ability to direct and lead staff in multiple tasks and to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and employees Willingness to work with the elderly Ability to work weekends Are you organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively?
