Are you a Credit Union or bank Assistant /Branch Manager, or experienced Member/Customer Service Supervisor with the energy, experience, and desire to learn more? This is a full-time time position with some flexibility in scheduling but does include working Thursday evenings and alternating Saturday mornings. AllCom Credit Union in Worcester has been proudly providing financial services to our members for more than 100 years! As a hands-on Branch Manager, you are responsible to: Develop and strengthen the member/customer experience in the branches to include extraordinary service and light sales Ensure consistent, high-quality and efficient services to members in all transactions Guide, motivate, and manage branch operations staff Solve routine to complex problems within established policies and guidelines Coach and train staff on products, services, policies and procedures Ensure the safety and soundness of all branch operations Open and close the branch Identify community outreach for new business opportunities Recommend changes to products, services, and delivery channels Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a bank or Credit Union, and an Associate degree in Business or equivalent combination of experience and education. Customer service experience is a requirement while sales experience is an added plus.
