Full-time, various hours including weekends Location: 746 Vandalia St, St Paul, MN 55114 PURPOSE: To transport products to our delivery customers, and pick up products from vendors for delivery to our warehouse; to project a positive image of Co-op Partners to customers and vendors. REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1 Drives truck in a safe, courteous, and economical manner. (Truck has stick shift.) 2 Delivers orders to customers in good condition and on schedule. (Pulling pallets that weigh between 1500-2000 lbs. 3 Acts as a liaison between customers and the Warehouse, fielding and referring questions and comments to appropriate staff. 4 Presents a favorable image of Co-op Partners and the Wedge in contacts with customers, vendors (and other business associates) and to the public. 5 Assists customers with orders, and troubleshoots problems, writing credits as required. 6 Completes and/or properly distributes paperwork as needed, including customer invoices, customer credits, returns sheets, trucking log books, and fuel forms. 7 Maintains basic truck requirements (fuel, oil, etc.). 8 Regularly inspects trucking and refrigeration equipment. Reports problems to appropriate staff and/or maintenance service. 9 Cleans truck cab, and sweeps truck box at the end of each shift. 10 Assists in warehouse as needed. 11 Performs other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: --Class B CDL license required. --Clean driving record. --Two years driving experience. ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 70 lbs. repeatedly Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, two wheelers, etc.) Vision corrected Fluent English reading, writing, speaking Equipment used: Primary: Co-op Partner trucks, forklift, pallet jacks, two-wheelers, lift gate.
