Manager of Account Management Lia Insurance Agency is a growing insurance agency and we are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead our service team. Our ideal candidate will have experience providing high qualify service and working with several insurance carriers to service our existing customers.In the role, you will be working with your team helping customers over the phone and in person with policy changes, renewal questions, providing quotes for additional lines or coverage and offering insurance advice. We are located in a prime location in the middle of Guilderland NY.. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Provide service to existing personal and commercial accounts Lead Account Management team at the agency Hiring, Training, Staff Development Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures Relationship Management Requirements: Active Property and Casualty Insurance License Minimum 3 years independent agency experience Attention to detail, decision - making and problem solving skills Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional manner Knowledge of Google docs and Microsoft products Employee Benefits Include: Health, Dental, and Vision coverage 401K with employer match Paid vacation and sick time
