In this critical leadership role you will lead and prioritize the work of multiple laboratory teams within the QC Chemistry department. This includes ensuring QC chemistry testing is performed accurately and in a timely manner, with accountability to internal and external timelines. In addition, you will interpret and apply regulatory guidance and industry standards, ensure staff are adequately trained, and manage resources needed to meet objectives. You'll have responsibility for: All chemistry testing to support in-process product, final product, raw material, validation, and stability testing Ensuring batch release criteria established by the production and stability pull schedule (as it relates to chemistry testing) is met Ensuring chemistry test methods are accurate, precise and reproducible Trending method outputs (e.g. invalid tests, nonconformities) to maintain lab performance.
