The Moore Group is seeking a full-time Project Manager DesignOps on our Digital Experience UX Team to support our Fortune 100 client, Pfizer. This role is within the XD and Business Adoption team. The team is in house, with its own internal reporting structure. The role involves working with a diverse group of designers representing different disciplines, skills, and backgrounds, managing the delivery of multiple projects for a dynamic Design team including workflow management, cross team coordination and communication. The ideal candidate is an experienced project coordinator /project manager, an enthusiastic collaborator, with experience of working in a fast-paced global organization. What You Will Get To Do: Coordinate project requests Identify and understand business context, demands and opportunities Collaborate with project teams and discipline leads across Operations, Research, Design, Development and Business Adoption Teams to develop internal strategies and project plans Manage resource capacity across projects Manage stakeholder communications and relationships and provide proactive support for stakeholders Communicate project updates Coordinate and lead internal meetings and events including delivering ice breakers and activities to encourage team collaboration and engagement and develop the positive team culture Support the SAFe Scaled Agile process - review and maintain internal educational materials Support cross-functional teams by driving better processes and ways of working based on team dynamics, roles, and locations Contribute to an inclusive, constructive, and collaborative culture that elevates and empowers team members Contribute to complex UX ecosystems and inspire product teams to push the boundaries of innovation Qualifications: Project Management experience Exceptional organizational skills Strong communication skills The ability to collaborate and work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is essential. A passion for positive relationship building An enthusiasm and desire for positivity along with a 'can do' attitude Ability to collaborate actively as part of a multi-disciplinary team Ability to communicate project risks and identify escalation paths Enthusiasm, patience, and a solutions-oriented attitude toward any risks and challenges Comfort with ambiguity and complex problems Organized and able to switch between different projects in a fast-paced environment Familiarity in emergent technologies and how to apply them to different business challenges Ability to confidently present work and to accept or provide constructive feedback Passion for delivering an excellent service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and clarity of thought Strong proficiency in MS Office 365 Experience working in an agile environment with an ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and work autonomously Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing experience preferred Understanding and demonstration of user centric design principles an advantage Degree in Business or UX Design Leadership preferred Please visit www.themooregroup.com for more information.
