The Regional Operations Manager plans, develops, organizes, and monitors the overall profit and operations of assigned branch territories. Provide the highest quality service and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction, and ensuring all work performed adheres to working in a safe and professional manner. Maintain regional profit/loss statement in accordance with corporate margin guidelines. Manage branch personnel, communicate with corporate human resources, and recruit personnel continually. Assist branch operations with projects, personnel, safety, training, and development. Assist the Technical Training Group with facilitating course development and conduct training for Operations personnel. Strive for continual improvement in all areas of branch operations. Incorporate and practice HCSG 5 Marks - Safety, Integrity, Efficiency, Legacy, Respect - in all aspects of job performance. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support and monitor assigned branches for development and profitability Support projects within assigned branches Support branch training needs and development Assist branches with personnel needs (recruit, hire, termination, discipline, etc) Develop and maintain zone profitability to the highest level Attend trade shows, seminars, meetings, and training Attend classes with TTG as required for professional and branch development Travel to assigned branches Direct zone personnel in following corporate programs, directives, and policies Adhere to all company policies including safety, appearance, and customer service What can Hoist & Crane Service Group offer you?
