The fundamental responsibility of a Partner and Technology Support Manager at Team GECO is to Live Our Guarantees. This role will have two primary responsibilities, leading the current service desk team and providing tier 3 support for the service desk and systems administration. All-Star Candidates have Experience: Ensure tickets are addressed in a timely manner and our customers have a great experience interacting with IT Help create a process to achieve a Net Promoter Score of 80% in the next 2 years Ensure Change management documentation is kept up to date Leadership and management of the service desk specialists Performs Tier 3 issue resolution from desktop support team Performs End User application security access maintenance Resolves application software issues within critical systems Systems Administration of existing on-premises infrastructure Create best practices for service desk users Optimize the use of FreshService and become the Freshservice Expert Perform analysis of ticket history to identify potential opportunities for end user training or process improvements Other duties as assigned by employer Vital Experience Needed for Success: 3+ years' experience leading a team 8 years of experience with Windows Servers, Network administration High-school diploma or equivalent Ability to explain your findings in a concise, actionable manner Exceptional communication skills Ability to identify, analyze, and create consumable documentation and training Experience with various platforms and software: O365, Dell, Apple, Bluebeam, Dado, Fresh Service Highly Desirable Skills but NOT Required: ViewPoint Experience FreshDesk Certification for Admin and Agents or the ability to obtain within the first 12 months AEC Industry Experience What Does Career Growth & Development Look Like at Guarantee?
