AUTOMOTIVE BILINGUAL BDC REPRESENTATIVE Lone Star Cadillac is currently seeking a full-time, bilingual, enthusiastic, self-motivated Business Development Center Representative for our expanding dealership! The ideal candidate is experienced with a proven track record in automotive sales, an impeccable reputation, and a commitment to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Job Duties: Correspond and build rapport with inbound potential clients to gain verbal commitments and ensure a positive experience. Prospect using database lists provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Customer Relationship Management, and Dealer Management Systems Communicate with sales management team and work with the sales staff to guarantee client satisfaction to enhance sales production. Establish and maintain good working contacts within the dealership departments to promote seamless transition of customer relationship from sales to the service department. Uphold professional appearance and strong work ethic. Construct professionally written correspondence to meet the clients' standards.
