We are currently looking to add an HVAC Comfort Advisor to our successful retail sales force.The qualified candidate will be a career-minded individual who believes in our company's mission and vision to provide the best service possible to the communities we serve.We aim to create the best environment for people to succeed and step through the doors of opportunity to advance to the next level of their professional careers. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of consultative sales experience Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home Ability to use Company-furnished technology products Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record Desired Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in retail sales HVAC sales and/or industry experience Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Good writing skills Professional appearance Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills Strong understanding of the psychology of sales
