Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Taylor Community is growing again. We are in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator (APC) who will r eceive invoices by mail, email or intercompany. They will prepare invoices for payment requests and distribute them to appropriate departments for coding and authorization. The APC issues and sends checks upon receipt of approved invoices and payment requests or check requests. The APC works with vendors, Sr. level management and department heads to resolve payment requests information errors. The APC will verify Positive Pay files are generated and works with the Accounting Manager to send these files to the Bank. The APC will pay corporate credit card statements online and distribute the statements to the appropriate cardholder (or designers) for coding and approval. Upon receiving approved statements, enters the charges into the A/P system. Our APC will have prior bookkeeping or Accounts Payable experience, plus an associate degree. Please have proficient experience with Microsoft Suite. This position is not WFH, you must report to the office in Laconia, NH. There will be some limited travel to and from our Wolfeboro campuses.
