Are you a nursing student, CNA or medical assistant ready for a career to care for residents in a small group environment? Then our Monson, MA residential group home has a rewarding opportunity for you. We provide exceptional care and compassion to residents with complex medical needs. Full and Part time r ates at our Monson home start at $18.50/hour. When you provide exceptional work performance and completion of trainings in your first six months your rate will increase to $18.88/hour. Per diem r ates at our Monson home start at $ 17.50 per hour. Don't forget to ask about our competitive hiring and retention bonus where you can earn up to $2500.00 (in select locations) in your first year with Pathlight. No experience required - We offer paid on the job training.
