Essential Functions: Customer Billing Vendor payments Familiar with basic accounting principles Banking and monthly statements Basic filing Job Requirements: Detail oriented A great communicator Upbeat, positive, high energy Minimum Years of Experience Required: 2+ years bookkeeping - accounts receivable / accounts payable/filing Knowledge of construction billing and AIA forms or willing to learn Knowledge of Peachtree (Sage) Accounting Software Notary credentials a plus, but not needed Must be authorized to work in the US Organizational skill set Job Posted by ApplicantPro
