A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you play an important role in the overall administrative operations of our office and serve as a point of contact for our customers. Much of your time is spent doing a large amount of scheduling and dispatching as well as giving information to customers about prices for our services. Additionally, you log estimates and invoices and keep the daily payment log up to date. You work hard to keep open lines of communication both with our customers and our field technicians about jobs. Whether you are greeting customers in our office, answering phones, responding to emails, scheduling estimates, or organizing electronic files, your professional and personable demeanor shines through in all that you do. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma At least 1 year of relevant work experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Willing and able to learn Smart Service and QuickBooks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A relevant degree or certification is preferred.
