Starting with our flagship venue in Charlotte's Lower South End, Rally is reinventing recreation, and we're looking for enthusiastic , hospitality-oriented individuals to join our front of house team! . The Position. At Rally, we pride ourselves in serving up exceptional libations with best-in-class service, led by our bartending team. Our Bartender s mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and ensure a memorable guest experience at Rally . Bartenders must have k nowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, and must demonstrate the art of mixology : recognizing that it's the combination of the "show" and the drink itself that brings guests back. Teamwork, multitasking, enthusiasm, elevated cocktail knowledge, and the ability to create "Magic Moments" are critical components of this job. What Y ou'll D o : Greet guests with a warm and sincere smile Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to Rally's beverage recipes Stock/restock appropriate bar areas with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies. Effectively service a full bar top, cocktail station, and venue orders. Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests needs Follow all steps of service. Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders/restrictions Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. Get along with others and be a team player. Successfully complete alcohol awareness training. Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook. To Be Successful in This Role, You'll : Be passionate about exceeding guest expectations and delivering "surprise and delight" moments Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment where you must think on your feet Demonstrate integrity, respect for others, and an appreciation for diversity Possess a thorough working knowledge of POS register systems Stop at nothing to ensure a memorable guest experience Successfully complete alcohol awareness training. Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all venue areas, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels.
