Job description Crest View Senior Communities is a faith-based not for profit organization looking for positive and dedicated Nurse Supervisor to serve older adults in our Columbia Heights Campus. Crest View offers a full continuum of care including skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.The supervisor is responsible for meeting the needs of the residents and to attain/maintain the optimal level of resident functional ability and independence. One must also work effectively with members of the interdisciplinary team and serve as a supervisor of the facility in the absence of other administrative personnel.Job Qualifications:· Have a RN license according to the State of MN Board of Nursing· Must be CPR Certified· Strength and mobility to lift weight over 25 lbs· Be able to document and maintain health records required and to observe physical conditions of residents Job Posted by ApplicantPro
