Description:

Position involves conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing systems and procedures, conducting work simplification and measurement studies, and preparing operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Defining weekly/monthly workforce needs by analyzing processes. Performing line balancing to optimize workforce. Managing projects to improve operational processes. Supporting strategic opportunities and potential operational improvements. Performing analyses with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budget issues. Coordinating information flow across teams in support of business operations. Ensuring weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
